Production and shipping times vary based on the product type, stock availability, and level of customization:
- Lecterns & Podiums: Typically ready to ship within 2 to 8 weeks, depending on current stock, chosen customizations, and order volume.
- Ballistic Furniture: Ships within 6 to 12 weeks, due to additional engineering, materials sourcing, and safety testing requirements.
- Home & Office Goods (including tables, desks, plaques, and accessories): Usually ship within 1 to 4 weeks, unless otherwise specified.

3. Shipping Methods, Tracking & Insurance
Free curbside shipping is included with all our non-ballistic products. Many of our products as needed include a lift gate provided with the shipping.
We use trusted carriers for delivery:
- FedEx Ground for small to mid-sized items
- LTL Freight for large items such as our larger podiums and nearly all ballistic products
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. For freight deliveries, your contact details will be shared with the carrier to coordinate scheduling and ensure receipt.
All Executive Wood Products branded items are fully insured during transit.
4. White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is available as an option, including inside delivery, unpacking, placement, and assembly where needed. This service is suitable for schools, government facilities, churches, or large venues.

5. Shipping Rates & Destinations
- Free Shipping is available on select products within the contiguous United States.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations require a custom quote.
- We serve customers in over 55 countries worldwide.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, except for small items like sample kits or stain swatches.
International Shipping We provide shipping to select approved countries. Free shipping applies only within the continental U.S.; custom quotes are required for other destinations.

Return Policy
At Executive Wood Products, we stand behind the quality of every item we build. Because many of our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, or customized, we maintain a fair but firm return policy to protect the workmanship, materials, and integrity behind every piece we build.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in original condition — unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging or crate.

A return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

You must contact us for approval before sending any item back.

If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide instructions.
Unauthorized or freight-collect returns will not be accepted.
2. Return Fees & Restocking
Eligible, non-custom items may be returned with a 20% restocking fee.
This fee covers inspection, repackaging, labor, and administrative processing.

4. Non-Returnable & Custom Items
