Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update or change information at any time without prior notice, even after you have submitted an order. If a correction affects a confirmed order, we will notify you and offer options such as cancellation or adjustment.

3. Products and Orders

• All product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
• We strive for accuracy in product representations, but colors, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly due to monitor settings, photography, or natural wood variations.
• Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including due to product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or other fees unless stated otherwise.

4. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

• Many of our products, including lecterns, podiums, ballistic furniture, and personalized items, are made-to-order or customized based on your specifications.
• Lead times provided are estimates and may vary due to material availability, production schedule, or complexity of customization.
• Once production has begun on a custom or made-to-order item, the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• We may require approval of drawings, samples, or specifications before beginning production on certain custom projects.
• Due to the handmade nature of our products and natural variations in wood and materials, slight differences in color, grain, texture, or minor dimensions may occur and do not constitute a defect.

5. Payment

• We accept credit cards, Google Pay, Klarna, and Affirm through our secure WooCommerce payment processors.
• Payment is authorized at the time of order placement. For custom or made-to-order items, full payment or a deposit may be required before production begins.
• All payments are processed securely; we do not store full credit card information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping terms, rates, timelines, and policies are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Return Policy and Shipping Policy, both incorporated here by reference.
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are generally non-returnable and non-cancellable once production has started.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, designs, and product photos, is owned by Executive Wood Products or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as specifically stated.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Executive Wood Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, products, or these Terms.
• Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Executive Wood Products, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.

12. User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions

If you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other materials, whether online, by email, or otherwise, you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, and use them in any medium without restriction or compensation to you.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
