Return Policy

At Executive Wood Products, we stand behind the quality of every item we build. Because many of our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, or customized, we maintain a fair but firm return policy to protect the workmanship, materials, and integrity behind every piece we build.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition — unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging or crate.

  • A return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • You must contact us for approval before sending any item back.

To begin the return process, please email us at buysmart@executivewood.com.
If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide instructions.
Unauthorized or freight-collect returns will not be accepted.

2. Return Fees & Restocking

Eligible, non-custom items may be returned with a 20% restocking fee.
This fee covers inspection, repackaging, labor, and administrative processing.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, including original freight and return freight.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at

Please follow these steps:

  1. Retain all packaging materials (crate, padding, boxes, etc.).

  2. Take clear photos of the damage, packaging, and any visible issues.

  3. If delivered via freight:

    • Inspect the shipment before signing.

    • Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork.

    • If the driver cannot wait, sign as “Damaged”.

  4. For concealed damage discovered later, notify us right away.

We will work to repair, replace, or resolve the issue at our discretion.
Do not attempt to return damaged items without prior approval.

4. Non-Returnable & Custom Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Custom-built items, including those with engraving, custom logos, finishes, measurements, or special features.

  • Made-to-order or specially configured products.

  • Used, installed, or altered items.

  • Items not in original packaging or no longer suitable for resale.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different model or product, the quickest method is to:

  1. Complete the return process for the original item.

  2. Once the return is approved and processed, place a new order separately.

6. International Returns

Customers in the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable law. Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You will receive notification of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or card provider, additional time may be required for the refund to reflect.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at buysmart@executivewood.com.

8. White Glove Delivery & Return Notes

If your item was delivered using White Glove Service, please note:

  • Additional delivery, handling, or installation fees are non-refundable.

  • Return eligibility for White Glove–delivered items varies at our discretion.

  • Contact us before scheduling a return so we can assist with the proper logistics.
