Return Policy

At Executive Wood Products, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handcrafted products designed to last decades. Because many of our items are made-to-order or customized, we’ve created a return policy that balances flexibility with the care and craftsmanship that go into every piece.

  • Returns are accepted on eligible non-custom items within 30 days of delivery
  • Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for return
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns
  • Return authorization is required prior to returning any item

1. Eligibility for Returns

We’re happy to accept returns on eligible items when:

  • The item is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging or crate
  • A return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The return is approved in advance by our team

2. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges (including freight and delivery services) are non-refundable

3. Restocking Fees

Eligible returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which helps cover:

  • Inspection and quality checks
  • Repackaging and handling
  • Administrative processing

4. Custom & Non-Returnable Items

Due to their personalized nature, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built products (including engraving, logos, finishes, or special specifications)
  • Made-to-order or specially configured items
  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered
  • Items not in their original packaging

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, we’re always happy to help clarify before purchase.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right with your order, please let us know right away—we’ll work with you to make it right.  While custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for return, we will always work with you to resolve any issues involving damage, defects, or errors.

To help us resolve the issue quickly:

  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Take a few photos of the item and packaging
  • Contact us as soon as possible

For freight deliveries:

  • Please inspect the shipment before signing
  • Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork
  • If needed, you may sign as “Damaged”
  • Report any concealed damage as soon as it’s discovered

6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the easiest way is to:

  1. Complete the return process for the original item
  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

7. International Returns

Customers in the European Union may return eligible items within 14 days in accordance with applicable law. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval status
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


9. White Glove Delivery & Special Services

For orders delivered with White Glove Service:

  • Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable
  • Return eligibility may vary depending on the service
