The Defender Protector™ integrates three sides of certified NIJ Level III ballistic-resistant steel in the base, capable of stopping threats up to and including 7.62mm rifle rounds from firearms such as AR-15, AK-47, and .308 platforms. Protection is extended upward with 12-inches, 18-inches, or 22-inches of certified NIJ Level IIIA clear ballistic polycarbonate, providing critical visual awareness while maintaining discreet shielding.
Unlike exposed security desks, the ballistic materials are fully concealed within the wood structure, preserving a professional appearance suitable for courthouses, hospitals, airports, administrative offices, federal facilities, or any security checkpoints.
