We are well known as the highest quality, solid wood manufacturer of lecterns, podiums, work stations, ESD workbenches, and anti-ballistic furniture and fixtures in the industry. The greatest compliment, some say, is to be copied. If that is true, we are greatly complimented because the competition continually attempts to reverse engineer and copy our products. In fact, we have found numerous competitors using our photographic images on their websites to sell their copies because the copied products are not something they wish to photograph. Sadly, this is a bad scenario for the buyer and for us. Someone buys brand X, tricked into thinking it was manufactured by EWP, pays a few dollars less, and then receives a shoddy product with which they are stuck. In the end, we lost a sale and the customer made a bad deal.
Just a few days ago I spoke with a customer on the telephone. He had purchased brand X and upon receiving it saw the quality so poor he immediately shipped it back to our competitor and purchased what he really wanted from us. Throughout this year we are going to reach out to some of our customers and ask for testimonials to demonstrate the difference between buying from a manufacturer who cares versus wasting money on brand X. In fact, with this in mind, should you choose to purchase a lectern from one of our many retailers or distribution sources I would invite you to first ask if the product is built by Executive Wood Products. In this way you will ensure you always get the best possible product.
