At Executive Wood Products, “The Watering Hole” is a weekly Monday meeting for sharing priorities and “Aha!” moments. Coined by Director Kayla Gregory, it’s a space for open, pressure-free brainstorming, inspired by our leader Paul Alexander’s belief that great ideas come from natural, creative thinking.

Paul once believed he was out of balance, focusing too much on work. He now understands that fulfillment comes from work/life integration, where success in one brings joy in the other. He emphasizes the importance of finding a personal “why.” For him, it’s about keeping people safe and empowering leaders.
